Cartoons and posters allow a story to be told in a quick sketch. This visual art is not usually an elegant form but it can be fun, at least for the artist. A caption can turn a cartoon into a political statement. For example, match these captions with the appropriate picture: 1-"FEMA" 2-"Best Friends" 3-"100% U.S. Congressional Pork". Use you imagination!
